FROM JAGGA-JAGGA TO CLEAN UP- EEDRIS ABDULKAREEM

Why do some people believe they can get off thinking they are soooo smart and all that just to make a quick buck that soon fizzles away because of the life choices they make. Case in Point Eedris Abdulkareem (pictured here); who in his hey day blazed the airwaves with his "Nigeria Jagga Jagga" that ultimately became a self fulfilling prophesy with the way people sang it over and over again and of course the "confession" came to pass no?, same way Majek unleashed the fury of the heavens with "send down the rain" years ago. Anyway fast forward years later and no doubt with Mr Lecturer not hitting pay dirt and he Eedris fading to obscurity following the 50 Cent/Stat Beer debacle, I hear Eedris is about to let another rip titled "Clean Up Naija" from the stables of the talented duo of Keke and D-One of Kennis Music. In other words "Has he eaten humble Pie and believes there is yet hope for Nigeria or is this a gimmick to score big buck?. Whatever be the case, here is hoping that this song will be catchy and for as many times it hits the airwaves, it will be a self fulfilling Prophesy that Naija can truly be CLEANED UP. On that note I say "Welcome Back Eedris, all the best and this time protect your craft and respect your talent; stay far away from the monkey always on the look out for a back to ride on"....
