POST FUEL SUBSIDY REMOVAL; I BELIEVE GEJ SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT WELL ALONE

These are interesting times we live in..With the January 1st 2012 announcement of removal of subsidy on PMS (Pemium Motor Spirit) by the PPPRA in a statement signed by its boss Mr Reggie Stanley, the Nation has been thrown into chaos with its citizens divided with one side supporting the removal and the second side decrying its removal and calling
governments action insensitive and callous. The media has been replete with all kinds of information.
Making headlines have been the Occupy Nigeria Action (largely powered by the Social Media Network)with protests going on at various locations around the Country. All these happening ahead of a Nationwide strike action scheduled to kick off on monday 9th January at the behest of the NLC/TUC.
A major news story carried by two Dailies to day threw light on the possibility of the involvement of Fifth Columnists in the Flash protests round the Country. 6 Marketer have alread been fingered by security forces as financiers of the protests
Other fallout of the removal reportedly affect countries in the sub region who supposedly had hitherto been "beneficiaries" of the Cabal.

But seriously People, how can Nigeria work, when we won't allow our President respite, when we won't allow him Work sef... Since becoming duly elected President in May 2011, it’s been a case of one week one trouble. With hindsight now, I should have guessed his Presidency had been marked from Day one, when even the morning suit he wore for the inauguration became a subject of heated discussions on Social Media. His first 100 Days were frantic and replete with all sorts of troubles and worries, but trust Nigerians our judgement of his first 100 days and from the backlash of his first media parley, one would think we were doing a midterm assessment. With all the ELECTORAL VIOLENCE, JOS, BOMB, BOMB AND MORE BOMBS, not to talk of the DISTRACTIONS OF Minimum Wage Battle, THIRD TERM BROUHAHA, ELECTION TRIBUNAL, Islamic Banking Debate and not to forget that he was blamed for even Natural Disasters like the flooding in the west, one would begin to think that gains that were outlined in the 100 day document would count for something, FOR WHERE?, whenever he tried to put his legs somewhere, come see studding now.. When he drew back he was called "Clueless" and at best a 'Regional President'. Even after constituting a cabinet made up of some of the brightest in their field, he still was inept to many. His wife was hounded and harangued for her use of language, We shouted he was lacking in PC savvy for not being on FB, he joined FB, started sharing his thoughts with us, WAHALA, because we now questioned every single motive...I am surprised that even amongst my peers, the same people who at the beginning of the Fuel Subsidy debate where totally in support of the removal, but feared that Jona lacked the will to take such a step that would ultimately have positive long term effects for the Nation, going as far as drawing an analogy between invasive treatment of malaria and quack treatment are now the same people crying blue murder when he follows through...ALL I CAN SAY IS HABA ! FOR SERIOUSLY IF I WERE IN GEJ'S SHOES, I WOULD JUST HAVE LEFT WELL ALONE, COME IN MAY, QUIETLY BEGIN TO CONTINUE WITH BUSINESS AS USUAL LEF EVERYTHING AS E DEY.. PATA PATA LEAVE THINGS THE WAY HE FOUND IT AND AT THE END OF 4 YEARS PACK MY KAYA AND LEAVE THE ROT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DEAL WITH..RATHER THAN TAKE ALL THESE NONSENSE FOR DARING TO CLEAR UP OTHER PEOPLES MESS....AND YES GUYS I AM AS MAD AS HELL........AND IF YOU WERE IN HIS SHOES WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE IF YOU HAD INHERITED SUCH A MESS AS HE DID....OTBN
