Moment of Epiphany

Hours after the "letter" had been shared, the realisation of something hit me like a ton of bricks. The feeling was nothing short of a head-on collision with the truth of yet another excerpt from the Bible. No doubt some will call it Rhema; which it actually is; but I lend it some literary licence and refer to it as “My Moment of Epiphany”. The rush of relief I feel since understanding this truth is unexplainable. All I know, is that the import of the part of scripture that says “...and they overcame by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony...” is clearer to me,  Indeed, I now see that overcoming the devil and the horrendous challenges he hurls our way is a two part phenomenon. The blood of the risen Saviour is the standard that gives us the first part of the victory over that circumstance or challenge and the testimony of our words of gratitude is the second part that establishes the victory and stands as witness to the awesomeness of God and further drives the ‘accuser’ devil into the dust at the feet of Jesus...With our testimony we can finally “EXHALE”.
