One tragedy too many as 100+ die

A sad and recurrent situation, is where a loaded petrol tanker skids and has an accident and rather than evacuate the scene in fear of their lives like in other climes, people (young and old) run towards the "death on wheels" to scoop fuel for a quick buck to make ends meet resulting in senseless deaths.
